How To Place Your Order
Browse Products
Browse & choose your selection from our concrete collections. Make sure you know the colours and quantities of each product you'd like to order.
Make Contact
Send us an email or Whatsapp to place your order. We will confirm your product selection, and delivery and payment option before sending you an invoice with the order total and payment details.
Make Payment
Full payment must be made before your order will be dispatched for delivery/collection. Once payment has been received, you will receive an order confirmation email with further delivery/collection details.
We accept the following payment methods: Card payments (online or in-person) and EFT (bank transfer) payments.
Delivery & Returns
At Just Concrete, we provide a flexible ordering and delivery experience tailored to your preferences.
Choose from two nationwide courier options; either have your order delivered to your nearest Pudo locker or, conveniently to your doorstep. Alternatively, enjoy the convenience of collecting your order from our Parklands, Cape Town depot (exact address shared post-order). For returns, reach out within 24 hours of receiving your order, providing relevant information.
Please note, we do not accept liability for transport-damaged or incorrectly placed orders; however, in the unfortunate event of damage during transit, a store voucher equivalent to the order total will be promptly issued.
